Owls and Badgers Class visited the waste management facility at Great Blakenham.
The children were able to see first hand how this working site turns our domestic waste into electricity and how the by-products of this process are used in other industries. The children took part part in interactive tasks to learn how they can help to reduce waste. They made pledges to help reduce waste such as, using reusable drinks bottles and not using plastic bags
